I provide therapy primarily for adults navigating emotional, relational, and life challenges. My work often supports individuals who are:

Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy for adults seeking support with trauma, mood‑related challenges or complex relationship patterns. Sessions can be are tailored to your goals. Together we’ll explore past influences, build emotional resilience and develop healthier coping and relationship skills.

Session Length: 60 mins

Session Format: Online or In-Person

Couples Therapy

In couples therapy, we work together to identify and change unhelpful patterns, improve communication and rebuild trust. I support partners navigating the effects of trauma, mood disorders or intense emotions on their relationship, helping you strengthen your connection and address conflict with compassion.

Session Length: 50-60 mins

Session Format: Online or In-Person

Adolescent Therapy

Adolescent therapy supports young people dealing with mood, behavioral or trauma‑related issues. Working collaboratively with parents or caregivers as appropriate, I create a safe space for teens to explore emotions, develop coping skills and build healthy relationships.

Session Length: 30-60 mins

Session Format: In-Person
